A thick pasta straw shaped like a long, narrow tube with a hole running through the center. Stroodles are made of only 2 ingredients: durum wheat semolina and water. Its length is 23-25 cm (9-10 inches) with a 7.5 mm (1/3 inch) diameter, the wall thickness is almost 1 mm.
