Properties:

The handle is made of five years advanced, sustainable organically grown Moso bamboo and then carbonized with heat. The result is a soft, robust wood with antibacterial properties. Bamboo has natural antibacterial properties and is very resistant. This counteracts the formation of germs and ensures healthy mouth and tooth hygiene.

The medium-soft bristles made of BPA-free DuPont nylon offer a pleasant cleaning feeling. Produced from renewable raw materials and 100% recyclable. The bristles are gently treated with bamboo charcoal and thus get their black color. Coal has the ability to absorb toxins and dyes.

The consumption of coffee, tea, red wine and cigarettes can cause tooth discoloration. Responsible for this are tannins, which are particularly contained in these products. The charcoal bristles of the BambooDent can help to eliminate these stains gently. The results are a whiter and healthier teeth.

Bamboo belongs to the family of sweet grasses. Moso Bamboo (Phyllostachys edulis) is a bamboo species in the genus Phyllostachys and can reach up to 12 meters in height and grow to a day’s maturity. The stalks reach 8 to 18 centimeters in diameter. Its home is the Eastern Central China and Taiwan.
